Delivering on this ambition means a step up in scale and geographical scope of our renewable and low carbon activities. New Energy Solutions (NES) Business Area shall deliver a safe and profitable renewable business. NES aims to do this with the support of Equinor’ s oil and gas competence, project delivery capabilities and ability to integrate technological solutions. NES consist of the following business clusters: North Sea (NOS), East Coast US (USE), Emerging markets (EMR), Renewables Solutions (RES), Power and Markets (POM), Business Development (BD)

Within New Energy Solution Business Area it is established a Business Unit with responsibility for Dogger Bank development. Dogger Bank won the CfD auction in UK for 3 projects each of 1,2GW totaling up to 3,6GW. Dogger Bank is owned by SSE and Equinor with 50% share each. The owners have agreed to SSE being lead operator for the construction phase with secondments from Equinor, and Equinor to be lead operator for the operational phase. To this Business Unit we are looking for a North East Stakeholder/Supply chain Manager that will report to Vice president Dogger Bank and also a dotted line to Plant Manager on Dogger BankJob Description• Working with Dogger Bank asset team and operational team on delivering on Supply Chain Plan (SCP) for Dogger Bank

• Develop relationships with key regional socioeconomic stakeholders as the Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEP’s) in North East England Energy Coast, NOF, Universities, Combined authorities etc

• Interfacing with supply chain and preferred supplier to explore strategy for reaching Offshore Wind Sector Deal ambition in the region

• Lead the relationship with BEIS in relation to monitoring and reporting against the SCP for operational phase

• Management of “Community fund” for the Dogger Bank operational phase.

• Managing local engagement and communication plans

• Work on the shared value initiative

• Link with Equinor on Offshore wind Sector Deal to ensure that proposal for Dogger Bank and in the North East are aligned

• Provide key point of contact for the regional supply chain, and assist in supplier mapping and engagement

• Work with Comms teams to promote positive news from the project and our operationsQualifications• Looking for a person who can drive change and see opportunities with stakeholder/supply chain engagement in the region

• Solid understanding of the broader energy landscape

• Good understanding of the digitalisation area

• Good stakeholder management experience.
