AREPA Denmark, headquartered in Silkeborg is part of AREPA, belonging to Envista Forensics. AREPA is an innovative leader in the equipment restoration industry, providing consultative and comprehensive recovery solutions for their global clients as insurers and loss adjusters. AREPA specializes in the technical analysis of damage to equipment, in the restoration and reconditioning and in preventive maintenance including inspections for a number of key industries including wind energy, marine, offshore, and manufacturing. AREPA has offices in Denmark, The Netherlands, Sweden, UK, Canada and the USA.
PROFILE
The Nordic Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing the overall sales efforts for AREPA in The Nordic Region. This includes selling the company’s forensic, equipment loss consulting and other services, maintaining and developing client relationships, managing national accounts and contracts, and supplementing and supporting the efforts of the AREPA Global Sales Team. Primary markets include insurance claims, post-disaster property restoration, and manufacturing. The candidate must possess a strong understanding of the insurance and litigation process, demonstrate a range of both strategic sales skills and strong leadership skills, and interact with a broad scope of internal and external stakeholders in the company’s and customer’s best interest.
TASKS AND RESULTS
Under general direction from the Global Sales Director, the Nordic Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the national sales plan in support of the company’s global
Assures that the regional sales strategy is well-aligned with the regional and global marketing plans.
Meets or exceeds both personal sales revenue and budgetary goals as well as overall goals set for restoration in the
Generates targeted, new customer leads through research, face-to-face meetings, broad and focused networking, use of social media and other internet tools and applying other proven methods for identifying, qualifying and building the client
Trains, mentors, and supports others in the organizations in areas of sales, account maintenance and relationship marketing.
Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers. Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attracting new
Prepares various presentations for the organization’s marketing, promotion, education, and communication purposes; applies skills in using a variety of audio-visual software; delivers presentations to target audiences as
Facilitates resolution of any client issues or
Communicates regularly and effectively with the AREPA Executive Director, Global Sales Direct, Management and Operations staff regarding the results of sales strategies and
Works in additional tasks and participates in special projects as assigned or approved by the Global Sales Director and Global Executive Director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma level (commercial and/or technical) and skills achieved through sales and other related experience required
Five years of experience in the insurance claims or related industry needed; demonstrated sales track record, including successful sales and marketing directly to insurance companies and/or loss adjusters excellent written and oral communication
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; prioritization, time management and organizational skills to execute multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Fundamental knowledge of the insurance industry
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic research skills, including use of the internet in conducting research
Analytical skills; diplomacy; problem-solving and critical thinking skills, especially as applied to meeting both customer and operational needs
