As our Technical Advisor, you will become a part of a dedicated team, being responsible for managing a global Cisco backend network (Global Secure Network - GSN), 3rd line customer support, technical advisory and development of technical solutions (existing and new).
In this role you will get the opportunity to:
Daily operations and management of a World Wide backend network
Development and maintenance of existing and new solutions (Agile DevOps, Sprint based)
Supplier contact
Support to 1st and 2nd line resources when required
Indirect customer support (e.g. task force)
Hands-on troubleshooting

Do you already have:
Master degree in Information Technology, related technical field or equivalent working experience
5 years working experience with Cisco routing (and switching), Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and Virtual Routing and Forwarding (VRF)
Scripting (Python, Pearl, PowerShell, C#, Java)
Technical knowledge and experience in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and Virtual Routing and Forwarding (VRF)
Strong focus and understanding in cybersecurity
Good knowledge and understanding of Cloud based platform services (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Amazon)
Technical knowledge of information-security principles, including risk assessment and operational security
Strong ability to understand customer needs, and transfer requirements into technical solutions, with focus on long term operations
Fluent in written and spoken English and Norwegian.
