The product owner team is based in Brande and is focusing on development of nacelle products.How to contribute to our visionYou will be a Team Lead of 10 highly skilled product owners who work with product development, product management, mechanical design, cost quality, prototypes, serial production, stakeholder management, agile team setup, etc. As a team lead you will also be developing the team by doing various tasks e.g. coaching, recruiting 1to1 dialogues, continuous feedback of team members. Furthermore, as you are developing the team you will also create competence mapping and development plans for each individual team member and develop new future key employees. You will also be working on development of roadmaps for the product owner area: Training, tools, processes, best practices, etc. You will be in close collaboration with module product owners securing the right competences and resources in the R&D Programs. Lastly, you will also work with coordination and ensure continuous alignment and interaction with Indian development office.What you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…You will have an educational background as a mechanical engineer (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) or similar and have experience in product development. You will have a proven track record in successful people management form a product development company or the renewable energy sector. You have a proven people management understanding and preferably also experience working with people from a similar team lead or manager position. Additionally, you are familiar with working in a large matrix organization and able to handle many tasks and interfaces simultaneously. You thrive in a dynamic, international environment and you have good cooperation and communication skills.
