As a Software Developer, you will be part of a global team with a global responsibility. With 8 brands and almost 5000 stores on all continents our future communication tools are up for a challenge.Your roleAs Software Developer you will, in collaboration with your team, design, build and configure relevant communication channels supporting our communication departments. You will play an important role in ensuring that HM Group set the stage for new modern communication experience containing, but is not limited to, communication channels on our Microsoft 365 platform. In your day-to-day job you will build and operate infrastructure, toolset and deployment pipelines. You will use an experimental mindset to identify, evaluate and recommend alternative design options which take target environment, performance security requirements and existing systems into account.Who are you?We believe that you can take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments and understand people’s needs by connecting with them and encourage new behaviors.Deep Knowledge in modern communication & collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365Deep know how in low code development using Microsoft 365.Deep experience from working together with offshore teamsExperience in agile ways of working.
