Dovre Group is pleased to offer the following key contract positions: Materials Administrator

Work Location: Tananger / Stavanger

Start date: snarest mulig/etter avtale og 6 måneders varighet.

Description

Responsible for ensuring that all assigned work tasks are performed in accordance with our company policies and HSEQ requirements.
Responsible for warehouse and logistics activity for the project
Organize transportation
Assign/request parts and consumables
Responsible for all logistics transactional movements related to the project
Consume parts/consumables onshore and offshore.
Responsible for project inventory, incl. stock count and inventory check.
First approver for incoming invoices related to logistic cost
Responsible for reporting inventory lists to project.
Responsible for active contribution towards the planning & processing department objectives.
Actively promote and work in accordance with our core values
Responsible for active contribution to improve processes within the department

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree in logistics is preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Materials Administrator/Coordinator
Very good knowledge in SAP
Familiar with Microsoft PC programs (Word, Excel, Power point, MS Project etc.)
Fluent oral and written English language skills
Pro-active, independent, service minded
Team player with good communication skills
Relevant practical experience can compensate for missing formal qualifications

Interpersonal skills desired

Be structured and accurate in their work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian are important to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, other department personnel and customers.
Ability to work and communicate within a team-oriented and diverse cultural environment is critical.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and coaching, and respond appropriately. Proficiently communicate ideas and concepts with ability to persuade and influence others as needed.
Ability to prioritize and manage own workload.
Ability to work independently under high pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
