By joining our team in Exploration & Production Norway you will have the opportunity to:Ensure safe and efficient operations of one of the biggest and most advanced portfolios of marine structures and marine offshore installations globally.
Be in the forefront of technology development within asset management of marine structures and marine systems for offshore installations.
Be involved in all phases of our project portfolio in close collaboration with our suppliers to safe-guard Equinor’s interest.
Contribute to professional networks and to best practice within marine structures and marine systems globally.
Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
Typical tasks will be:
Ensure compliance with both external and internal requirements.
Follow up offshore structural integrity and marine systems (mooring and positioning systems, ballast systems, loading/unloading systems, stability, etc.) of offshore installations.
Deliver integrity status and propose corrective mitigating measures in relevant systems.
Establish and continuously improve maintenance programs for marine structures and marine systems based on findings and risk assessments.
Execute necessary structural analyses and analyses of marine systems to document technical integrity and safe operation.

Hold a MSc or Phd in Marine Technology, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Fluent in Norwegian and English.
Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, and national and international standards for marine structures and systems.
Experience working in multidiscipline teams and handling interfaces.
Good knowledge of tools and methods for analytical work with marine structures and system.
Good collaborating skills and ability to share experience.
Curious and open for change.
Understand and manage risk.
Focus on improvements and best practice.
Analytical, Structured and Process oriented.
