Join us in this role where you’ll be the manager of our Export Cable Managers department, which has 24 employees based at our offices in Skærbæk, Gentofte, and London. The department supports the offshore strategy by ensuring the delivery of onshore and offshore export cable systems that contribute to a long-term viable transmission system. You’ll be leading a diverse, dynamic, and ambitious team.
Welcome to HV Cables

You’ll be part of Export Cable Managers where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for the supply, termination, and onshore installation of export cables as well as for interfaces towards export cable managers and stakeholders, such as offshore cable installation in our wind projects around the world. You’ll develop your employees’ business acumen to perform efficiently, and you’ll ensure cross-organisational collaboration to enable innovation, improvements, and co-creation of value with our customers to reduce the cost of electricity and streamline our business.
You’ll play an important role in:
performing daily line management tasks and providing leadershiprecruiting and training people and managing people developmentensuring good cooperation with customers and key stakeholders, especially with respect to offshore cable installationsetting the direction for how we work and following up on product development.
To succeed in the role, you:
have a master’s degree in electrical engineering within the field of power systemshave experience with managing engineers across geographical distances in a strong matrix organisationhave a passion for leadership and for the development of talented engineers and have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasksthrive in an international environment and excel in creating good relationships with your stakeholdersspeak and write English fluently.
