Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for leading a team ensuring grid connection solutions and modelling techniques to meet the future requirements for our offshore wind farms.
Welcome to Electrical System Design & Grid Integration

You’ll be part of a management team consisting of two other managers and two senior lead specialists where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure our wind farms being integrated into transmission grids globally. The department is key to the wind power strategy of expanding and ensure integration of our wind farms.
You’ll play an important role in:

managing and develop a highly-skilled multicultural team
ensuring adequate processes and tools as needed
representing the department vis-á-vis stakeholders, internally as well as externally
ensuring the quality of the work carried out by the team
collaborating cross-functionally in engineering, as the department is key to the overall success
developing key competences within the team through people review and individual development plans in alignment with the business priorities.
To succeed in the role, you:

have a master’s degree in electrical engineering within the field of power systems
have experience with managing others across geographical distances
have knowledge within advanced power system studies related to stability, harmonic filters, losses, etc.
understand power system control, stability, and operational aspects with renewable generation
thrive in an international environment and excel in creating good relationships with your stakeholders.
have excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex issues in a simple yet precise manner, as well as presenting results in a professional way. You speak and write English fluently.
