As our new Management Assistant, you will be supporting the SVP in our Renewables Department, as well as the Renewables team in strategy, sales, and internal improvement project processes.
You will play a crucial part in supporting the team by ensuring that everything runs smoothly.Your tasks and responsibilities
An essential part of the job will be supporting the team internally with agendas, minutes, reporting and follow-up on meetings and defined goals and providing input based on internal/external enquiries.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
Coordination of internal and external training
Assisting in team building exercises and strategic initiatives as well as ensuring follow-ups on actions
Assisting in internal improvement projects
Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Systematisation and optimisation work across the organisation
Organising meetings, preparing agendas and minutes of meetings
Ad hoc & administrative tasks
Your qualifications and skills
We imagine that you have an educational background in marketing, communication, sales, or similar experience from an international organisation.
To succeed in this position, we expect you to:
Have a flair for IT as well as being highly experienced with MS Office
Possess a structured and detail-oriented mindset
Be proactive and responsible in your work
Be an avid team-player with a great sense of dedication
Be highly motivated by optimisation and seeing the results of your work
Have great interpersonal skills as well as being fluent in written and verbal English.
