What is the job really about?

As responsible for learning and development in KDI, you will make the most out of people’s talents and help them develop to their full potential. You will develop and implement learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives, as well as implement various types of training across the organization. You are continuously assessing the success of development plans and proactively taking measures to keep optimizing all learning and development measures in the organization.
You will be responsible for:
Create and execute on learning strategies and programsEvaluate individual and organizational development needsImplement various learning methods companywideDesign and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainingsAssess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunitiesHelp managers develop their team members competenceResponsible for talent management initiatives and performance management process
You are a person who:

Have relevant experience with working with L&D, as well as having a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, psychology, education or related fields. You are constantly keeping up with the latest learning trends, and developments in learning technologies. You are comfortable with producing training materials or sourcing and building/maintaining relationships with third-party providers.

You are great at stakeholder management and passionate about getting to know your customers and the organization.

You are a digital first mover and experienced with both design thinking and agile as concepts for project management. As a person, you like working in an organization where expectations are high, and where the reward is personal development and career opportunities in an agile environment. Together we will write the next chapter of digitalization.

In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential.
