Our Operational Development team in Vejle, Denmark is looking for a Lean Project Manager to join us in developing our preassembly and offshore operations.
How to contribute to our vision
As Lean Project Manager you will engage in the operational preparation of an offshore sales project with the purpose of ensuring safe and reliable installation of wind turbines.
The Lean Project Manager will lead the development of preassembly and offshore workflows, activities & teams based on latest product technology, equipment or client requirements and will drive lean improvements and campaigns in close collaboration with management and personal to ensure operational safety and readiness.
Performance monitoring and deviation management during operation is a key focus area from the first installed wind turbine to identify improvements or future opportunities.

A team player with excellent communication skills, in order to interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization. You are motivated and passionate about operation management and continuous improvements. You can structure your own days, and prioritize the different tasks being presented to you.
You should have a relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree e.g. production engineer, and hold a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience within lean operations and optimizations. Experience from the wind industry is an advantage.
You possess excellent English skills both oral and written, since it’s the corporate language of Siemens Gamesa.
