New Energy Solutions (NES) Business Area shall deliver a safe and profitable renewable business. NES aims to do this with the support of Equinor’ s oil and gas competence, project delivery capabilities and ability to integrate technological solutions. NES consist of the following business clusters: North Sea (NOS), East Coast US (USE), Emerging markets (EMR), Renewables Solutions (RES), Power and Markets (POM), Business Development (BD).

NES is organised into 6 business clusters; Renevable Solutions (RES); Business Development (BD); North Sea (NOS); US East Coast (USE), Emerging Regions (EMR) and Power and Markets (POM).Job Description• Participating in WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) selection in selected Equinor offshore wind projects utilizing Equinor’s WTG expertise to provide significant business-impact support for future offshore wind growth

• Ensure future-looking technical competence and guidance within both WTG and future O&M models

• An ability to apply optimal application of technology and implement lessons learned on a continuous basis (lean mentality)

• Lead and coordinate technical due diligences of new WTG’s

• Provide technical support to screening and early phase projects

• Coordination with Equinor’s R&D environment for WTG technology development

• Support development and execution of WTG procurement strategies and business models

• Participate in WTG technical supplier interactions to ensure best market knowledge

• Provide WTG supplier market analysis

• Participation and Equinor representation in industry projects and external arenas

• Building strong relationships and liaising with internal and external key stakeholders on an ongoing basis

• Provide technical support to operating assets in relation to WTG’sQualifications• Adequate experience from the renewable business

• Broad technical skills with good understanding of the competitive and commercial landscape

• Interest in renewable product development, installation, commissioning and service

• Experience with project management

• Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualificationsPersonal Qualities• Strong oral and written communication skills (with excellent command of English)

• Good interpersonal skills - team work oriented across disciplines and organisational boundaries

• Ability to be hands-on and perform high quality work within tight deadlines
