Description
Accountable for managing completion Interfaces between the different deliverylines within a project
Shall act as an overall manager against all MC & Commissioning activities for the project, including across the alliances to facilitates a seamless and sequential correct delivery and system testing of the total project scope
The PRO Project Completion Manager is accountable for ensuring the functional Handover of the Project, while minimizing offshore commissioning man-hours and ensuring compliance with company`s Commissioning requirements and regulations.
Shall set the overall direction for completion, and ensure the project are completed according to company`s governing documents, values and visions. The position are owner of the project overall specific Strategy, philosophy, manuals, and data system for the project incl the delivery from each relevant alliance
Accountable for required personnel are mobilized for all phases of a project.
Shall ensures that all commissioning activities are planned and executed in compliance with HSSE regulatory and company`s HSSE requirements. HSSE line responsibilities shall be clearly communicated and understood throughout the Completion Team.
Ensure good communication between the Completion Team and Operations with respect to operational considerations, Start-Up criteria's, experience transfer and other factors that must be considered prior to and during system commissioning.
Accountable for establishing a Project Completion Team according to the competence needed. This to create an arena for the overall commissioning execution planning and risk picture.
Shall report Completion progress, concerns and any change in risk picture to the Alliance Manager.
Shall ensure implementation of new functionality, and methods as released from Company.
Accountable for establish a completion team with correct competence.
Accountable for establish a Project Completion philosophy, which enables the participating Alliances to develop completion strategies based hereon.
Shall establish and communicate completion principles and processes for the project.
Overall accountable for completion in the project, and shall ensure good coordination to other alliances, operations, suppliers and companies.
Accountable for maintaining an-up to-date status in completion software tool.
Build a strong HSE culture in the completion team.
Ensure good communication within alliances and Company regarding MC / Comm. by facilitating regular meetings, as well as distributing organizational charts within the discipline
Functioning as a link between the completion engineers in the project and Company TA’s in case of need for additional technical assistance
Shall establishment of a commissioning plan and cost estimate for onshore / offshore.
Facilitate for data input to the PCS for alliance engineers to conduct the necessary completion engineering, completion progress reporting and conduct the relevant handover certification sign-off`s.
Shall ensure relevant lessons learned are considered during the planning and execution of commissioning and reflected in the project completion risk picture.
Ensure all needed vendor/supplier/3rdparty assistance are handled according to project specific procedure.
Shall ensure a plan for commissioning assistance to the “Start-Up Team offshore execution is established.
Accountable for establish a high-level Completion Strategy for the Project, including a high-level functional system breakdown, and definition of System Handovers
