Our Middle Office team in Stockholm is the operational center of our Nordic business, supporting our underwriting teams and continuously improving operational processes. We are currently seeking an Underwriting Assistant to join the Middle Office team, with responsibility for supporting the effective underwriting of our business lines.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
You will ensure that the administrative processes are run efficiently and bring high-quality service to internal and external clients and colleagues, through for example:Accurate, efficient manage of our Incoming business and non-program accounts, always in compliance with our policiesSupport more senior Underwriting Assistants with the Producing and more complex businessControlling and monitoring premium collection thereofEfficient and professional interaction with various internal stakeholders, such as Underwriting, Claims, Accounting and offshore support teams, as well as external stakeholders, such as clients and brokers
You will report to the Nordic Operations Lead.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:IT literacy, Microsoft Office package literacy as a minimumAccustomed to working in systemsaExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish and EnglishAn organized administrator with structureWell-developed social skills, ability to communicate and network with people on all levelsProactive approach, willing to go an extra mile and a positive view to development and changesAttention to details
