Within our Offshore Service Logistics (OSL) department, we are currently looking for a Junior Logistics Specialist to join our team in: Brande (Denmark) or in the UK (home based with access to office facilities in Newcastle-upon-Tyne).

This is an excellent development opportunity for the right candidate, with the prospect to develop in the role and take on multiple interesting and challenging tasks across tenders, sales projects and the management of a fleet marine vessels and helicopters.
The Junior Logistics Specialist will support the OSL Logistics business line department with all aspects of marine, aviation and logistic related topics covering Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV), Walk to Work (W2W) vessels and hoist helicopters. In this position, you will work on a range of exciting global projects with an experienced team and assist in managing tenders, modelling logistics concepts, reviewing contractual or technical documents, updating price catalogues, managing digital infrastructure, and supporting the team with managing stakeholders, end-to-end logistics and project management on a global basis.
What you need to make a difference
Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:
A team player, who is resilient, responsible and structured with excellent communication skills. You interact well with stakeholders, are motivated by providing quality results and can comfortably work remotely and without supervision. You should strive to work in a fast-moving dynamic workplace and market sector.
We are looking for someone who has some marine or logistics experience, this could have been gained from an education in a related field or some past work experience at sea or shoreside. In addition, you will be keen to learn, grow and develop in the logistics area of the wind industry.
You are curious and want to learn and contribute to the organization. You know how to plan and priorities given tasks within a deadline. Furthermore, it is essential that you master IT skills within Microsoft’s suite of tools and applications.
Working in a multi-cultural environment, it is important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
