Junior Finance Analyst for Master Data Management and Team Planning – now hiring!COP is a world-leading offshore wind developer and a first-mover in emerging markets for offshore wind.We are a small, agile, and highly skilled team with some of the strongest competencies in the offshore wind industry covering all aspects of project development and construction of some of the largest and most complex renewable energy projects in the world. We are a multi-disciplinary team covering all the engineering, finance, legal, regulatory and permitting disciplines needed to succeed.We support one of the world’s leading renewable infrastructure investment funds, CIP with more than EUR 7bn under management, in developing and delivering their project pipeline. COP has been growing rapidly for the last two years and we continue to grow in all our core markets in Europe, Asia and North America. We have offices in Copenhagen, Boston, Taipei, Seoul, Tokyo and Melbourne.To support our growth ambitions, we have set up a agile Finance team consisting of currently 10 students, and we are looking to hire one additional of the very best students within finance, accounting, engineering or business law. The team is a focal point scaling COP from the rapid growing international start-up it is today to a successful and significant larger global company.Key duties for you will be to:Master Data ManagementCollect data from multiple teams throughout the organization, such as Finance, People and Business IntelligenceUpdate data in various input sources and help structure a central data warehouseMake sure all data is correct and always up-to-dateTeam PlanningContinuously communicate with the Finance management on current tasks, activities, and resource planningAssist with structuring the work of the Finance team, updating resource availability and current tasksKeep track of the backlog of activitiesMake team presentations and prepare team planning meetingsAssist in designing onboarding material for new student assistants on both organizational information as well as PowerPoint and Excel basicsFurther you will be part of the Finance student team and therefore be helping out on a variety of tasks such as:Design, develop and prepare operational and financial reporting for executive managementCost optimization analysisDesign, develop and implement standardized business processesPrepare tendersReview and prepare client, employee and supplier contractsAd hoc CFO and executive management assistanceAd hoc tax compliance due diligenceAbout you:We expect you to be self-driven, curious, eager to learn and keen to challenge yourself with new tasks in a changing and challenging environment.
