Responsibilities
Ensure a safe work practice by acting in compliance with MVOW HSErequirements.
Ensure own P.P.E checks are done, and monthly check sheets are logged
Daily communication with Deputy Commissioning Manager
Execute WTG completion and start-up
Troubleshoot, operate and maintain WTG's
Expected to progress to an appropriate level of understanding of the Wind Turbine Safety Rules and relevant Management Instructions and become an Authorised Technician (AT)
Act as a role model and mentor for new colleagues, Sub-contractors and Service Technicians
Qualifications
Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Quality (QAQC) focused
Familiar with common IT tools
Fluent in English both oral and writtenCompetencies
Flexible in all aspects
Technically skilled- either mechanical or electrical
Energetic, persistent and independent
Able to keep calm under pressure
Able to work cross-culturally

Daily reporting to the Deputy Commissioning Manager
Work together with and supervise one or more commissioning resources; this team is called “the commissioning team”
Execute wind turbine generator (WTG) completion and start-up of turbines
Troubleshoot, operate and maintain WTGs. Give suggestions to overall improvement points
Ensure a safe work practice by conducting toolbox/safety talks and offshore safety walks2) Installation Supervisor
Daily reporting to the Deputy Installation Manager
On-site resource planning and supervision of the installation teams
Daily coordination of installation works
Report documentation and technical issues including suggestions for improvements to the Technical Project Manager
Ensure a safe work practice by conducting toolbox/safety talks and offshore safety walks3) Pre-assembly Supervisor
Supervise the installation tasks within pre-assembly
Plan and execute tasks assigned to you - Plan and coordinate all resources
Act as interface between internal and external key stakeholders
Proactively improve the project by avoiding, minimising or eliminating technical interface issues - Ensure implementation of upgrades
Assist in the implementation of new procedures/processes
Report progress on technical issues to key stakeholders
General support to the Site Management
