This is the motto in Parts Supply, we are part of it and our activities turning around availability and inventory turnover of spare parts.
We are looking for a highly motivated, result driven Inventory Planner to strengthen the team of Inventory Planning.
The ideal candidate should be interested or motivated in data analytics and process developing which will be the focus of the activities.
Location for the position is Vaasa, Finland.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Investigate on future demands with various internal and external resources.
Create and issue forecasts to suppliers when applicable.
Monitor and report supply chain performances (inventory level/availability etc.
Plan and manage inventory levels when applicable
Proactively work to enable cross-divisional, cross-organization and supplier cooperation.
Maintain supply and planning data to relevant systems in defined area of responsibility.
DESIRED SKILLS:
SAP knowledge.
Active approach to work. Excellent, proven team working skills in a self-steering team.
MS office tools, Word, Excel PowerPivot, PowerPoint.
Good command in English both written and spoken.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Service mind set, openness and flexibility, as well as the ability to make things happen.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Education: M.Sc. Statistics, IT or Engineering.
Experience: Several years of experience in Supply Chain Management, planning or similar fields.
