Here you can find some feedback of previous interns:
“There are several reasons for why I chose DNV. The company has a longstanding history and as a Norwegian company done very well in a global market. Despite, or perhaps because of all this history and long-term survival, DNV has a forward-thinking attitude to technology – exemplified by its commitment to blockchain technology. As an intern, I got the opportunity to work on a project concerning the organization’s values – a project very few HR trainees will probably work on during their careers. This project was relevant for courses like organizational behaviour and HRM, where I got to experience how the desired effect of values must be linked to the organization’s long-term vision, and the importance of taking into consideration how individual employees may experience the values change”.
"My internship in DNV gave me hands-on experience in working on challenging projects related to strategy and organizational psychology in an international work context. I got to contribute to exploring the future behaviors needed in the organization through collection and analysis of data, whilst having the opportunity to present my own recommendations. It was very motivating to know that the projects I was working on were real issues the company was facing”.
