Odfjell RIS is a dedicated and QHSE-oriented part of Odfjell
Energy, serving the following areas: Rig and Platform maintenance, Drilling
engineering services including EPCI, MODU and fixed installations, New build
projects, Yard stays, Technology projects & improvement processes.
The
position as Installation Supervisor will be responsible for leading and following
up installation work both off- and onshore, to ensure that we deliver quality
work to our clients. This position will be on an onshore employment contract
with extensive offshore traveling.
The
person applying must be a resident close to one of our offices and occasionally
take temporary assignments at one of our other offices or other locations.
Tasks:Supervision and coordinate activities on offshore installations and during yard-stayHSE leadership for activities offshoreResponsible for right manning during installation phase in projectsDaily status reports to platform, clients, and Engineering onshorePreform MC and Commissioning on projects including handover to customerContinuous updating of documentation during projects Provide work permits and energy isolation certificate for all Odfjell installation work offshoreProvide SJA for all Odfjell installation work offshore where Company Management System procedure don’t cover the taskEstablish and follow up technical clarification towards engineering and project onshoreEstimate and make tenders for new jobsOccasionally work at office onshoreQualifications:Minimum 5 year experience as offshore supervisor (Preferably multi discipline)Trade certificate with in mechanical or electro disciplineTechnical trade school or equivalent.
