Main purpose of the position
Our team is called Process Implementation, and is organized under the Operational Readiness Team.
It is a small team consisting of several Project Managers who will be responsible to implement Systems and Processes in our windfarms,
The purpose of the Implementation Project Manager position is to head the project teams that will ensure O&M processes and systems to be embedded, making O&M organisation ready to take over before entering the Operations and Maintenance phase.
The implementation packages will to some extend be defined outside of our department, and we will execute with a relevant team of Implementation Advisors, Master Data Controllers, System experts etc.
Execution and deliverables on time, budget and scope is important, as well as an understanding of the needs of the sites, how to make sure that implementation and embedment is done efficient, sustainable and operational.
General experience with the Offshore working environment as well as Experience with Offshore Wind Operation & Maintenance workflows are required to be the successful candidate.
As there are VF windfarms spread out in several countries in N Europe, some travel activities must be expected when executing implementation projects as the close collaboration with our internal customers is expected during the full project.

Place in the organization
The Implementation Project Manager is a part of Process Implementation within O&M Delivery and refers to the line manager, who is the Manager of Process Implementation.
In the different Construction projects he/she will refer to the O&M Package Manager.
Key responsibilities and mandate:
– Take responsibility as the Implementation Project Manager in the dedicated projects.

– Act as an O&M representative in the Project organisation and drive collaboration with Key Stakeholders, keeping embedment, sustainability and operability of processes and systems in focus.
– Manage the Implementation budget in a cost efficient manner.
– Encourage feedback loop to Projects, Process Management/D1R to capture learnings and improvements.

Key deliverables and activities:
– Prepare, Plan and execute the Implementation Package on time for O&M phase according to defined scope and budgets (Processes, Systems and Trainings).
– Maintain and adjust overview of Project status and follow up on deviations.
– Plan resources needed for the implementation, setup and manage the project team of Implementation Advisors etc. during preparation and execution.
– Coordinate the execution of Training package with key and end users of processes and systems enabling O&M organisation to take over. Role based training in SAP PM and MM as well as DMS.
– Head Implementation Status meetings with O&M sites, according to Project Communication Plan.
– Create and pass Readiness Review before Handover to O&M at site.
– Ensure Go-Live support.
– Ensure Lessons Learned sessions, and handover for continuous improvement and to revise the standard Implementation package

Required education and experience:a university degree (or equal) with relevant work experience as a leader in an international organisation, preferably within a wind or oil & gas environment.Good knowledge of SAP EAM (PM and MM modules)In general Well-rounded project management capabilities, accomplished at setting targets, planning resources, quantifying risks and tracking progress.
Further Licensed Project Manager with 4+ years of experience with implementation of Processes and systems in an Offshore industry within Operations and Maintenance.Strong technical understanding with the ability to resolve detail issues and to convey complex technical matters.A highly motivated and communicative leader who is able to focus on both people and business, comfortable at presenting, building relationships and influencing others, while working effectively across different cultures and geographical locations
Health and safety is our highest priority why experience in exposed environment is necessary.Fluent English language.Strong communication skills.
