We are looking for a HR Systems and Data Specialist to implement and drive our new HR system.

This HR Specialist position will initially have two main focus areas – one being the main HR representative in a major HR System implementation project, working alongside our own IT team and external consultants to successfully implement and populate the database. The other area is building up a global applicant tracking system. The role is an integral member of a small Group HR team – and it will require a very hands on for the day-to-day use of the tool but also a visionary in helping improve processes and finding betters ways to utilize HR systems going forward.

With reference to our VP of People and Culture, you will become part of a strong team. The position is based in Nørresundby, Denmark.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of and act as the systems developer of the HR system data and associated processes
  • Act as the go-to person between the implementation project team and the user- group at large - ensuring the voice of our customers is heard
  • Act as the key training facilitator for all user groups of the HR system
  • Update and adjust the framework of the Applicant Tracking Module, initially to handle all office-based positions
  • Document and maintain all major HR processes to be automated in the HR system
  • Collect and quality-check global HR master data for uploading
  • Together with local management teams, develop the necessary employment document templates, preboarding processes et al
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations in collaboration with our Legal department
  • Close cooperation with internal as well as external stakeholders

Until the new system is fully implemented the tasks below will be a part of the day to day work

  • Data maintenance in the current HR system based on the managers HR forms
  • Monthly and quarterly data quality checks

Qualifications & requirements:

  • Significant and hands-on experience in implementation and ownership of an HR System - including Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to influence and build rapport with the relevant stakeholders
  • All-round HR administration experience is a plus
  • Fluency in Danish and English is required to effectively communicate with local and global systems users
