An exciting opportunity has arisen as HR Specialist in Kongsberg Maritime Sweden. As part of our Business Support Division, we can offer you a broad and operative HR role where you have the opportunity to support our employees and be part of our continuous development to streamline our HR processes. We are looking for you with a formal education in HR or relevant field and preferably some experience working in the HR area. This position is a temporary employment until 2022-12-31 with the possibility for extension.
You will be part of a small team working in close collaboration within HR, Payroll and IT, but with defined areas of responsibility. Our team focus is to ensure efficient and reliable business support to both managers and employees in Sweden, and in some cases Denmark as well.
As HR Specialist, you work as a broad and operative organizational support in HR related questions. One main area of focus is to support our managers in coordinating the recruitment process. Here you provide reliable support in all steps included, from advertisement all the way to onboarding and introduction of new hires. You also support both managers and employees in questions regarding labor law, personnel matters, system administration and training.
In this position, you work continuously to update our HR tools, such as HR systems and benefits portal. You should therefore enjoy working with IT systems and find the future development of such tools interesting. You will also have a great opportunity to influence and develop our way of working with HR and recruitment locally. Therefore, we appreciate your ability and will to improve our processes, making them even more efficient. Since we are a small team, you will be trained in simpler salary and time and attendance administration to maintain redundancy to our payroll function.

Coordinate training and health checks according to business needs and legal requirements
Represent Kongsberg in exhibitions and networks

Qualifications & Experience
B.Sc. in Human Resources or relevant field
Experience working with HR related questions and recruitment is meritorious
Experience working with HR/IT system administration is meritorious
High level of English, both written and oral
You are able to
