Make Impossible Possible in New Space - Join ICEYE

ICEYE is building and operating its own commercial constellation of small Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellites with SAR data available to customers. Our satellites acquire images of Earth at any time – even when it’s cloudy or dark – providing commercial and government partners with unmatched persistent monitoring capabilities. Information derived from our SAR images helps customers make data-driven decisions to address time-critical challenges in various sectors, such as maritime, disaster management, insurance, and finance.

We launched the world’s first small SAR satellite in January 2018. To date, ICEYE has successfully launched a total of 10 SAR satellite missions and has raised $152M in financing. We don’t plan to stop - join our team and let’s achieve great things together!

To support the growth of the company, we are now looking for an HR Intern to help our People & Culture team. This is a temporary position for summer season 2021 and you would be based in our headquarters in Espoo, Finland.
The role:

We will give you a place and tools to grow professionally thus the most important requirement is the willingness to learn more about the HR field.

This trainee position is part-time (4 days per week) and temporary (4-6 months). Starting as soon as possible.
What you will do:

As an HR trainee, you will be providing effective support in various People & Culture related areas focusing mainly on:
Assisting and supporting the employee engagement projects and organizing events for employees Administrating and creating employee data and documents Supporting the onboarding processes

You would also have a chance to participate in different HR development projects.
What you need to succeed:
You should be a student or a recent graduate of a relevant field (f.ex. HRM, Business Administration, Economics). Fluent skills in English both written and spoken. Great attention to detail and the ability to solve problems.
