We are now looking for a Specialist, Break Bulk Shipping to join our Break Bulk team for a permanent position in Kotka, Finland.
What you'll do
Operational responsibility of break bulk capacity management and traffic coordinationCoordination and booking processes of export and import cargoesOperational and economical responsibility of time chartered vessels
- Operating and coordinating time- chartered fleet and CoA vesselsResponsibility of freight calculation, budgeting, reporting and follow-up of costs and financial resultDevelopment of above responsibilities
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field (logistics or shipping) and minimum 3-5 years of applicable working experience in maritime or logistics industry.You have good knowledge of maritime industry, port and ship operations, charter parties and logistics' sectorYou have good understanding of UPM businesses and processesYou have knowledge of supply chain processesYou have hands-on system experience with MS Office tools, OTM/PTDi, TM and NauticAiYou are proactive, social and agile person with good teamwork skillsYou have excellent communication skills with both internal and external parties and suppliersYou are well-organized and able to prioritize and work under pressureYou are fluent in written and spoken English
