In the role of Drilling & Wells Engineer, you will be enrolled in our graduate program and be part of an enthusiastic Drilling & Wells team that succeed by working side by side, as equal partners, in alliances with the best suppliers in the industry. The time from development of new technology to implementation is short in Aker BP and our alliances. We develop products in the digital lab EurekaX that revolutionize how our engineers work with intervention and well construction. Your typical work tasks include:
Perform drilling and wells engineering work in close collaboration with other drilling and well engineers, reservoirs, operations, exploration and projectsRequirements:
You have recently graduated or due to graduate in 2022 with an MSc within petroleum, subsea, digitalization, chemistry, cybernetics, physics, mathematics or similar
You have working proficiency in Norwegian and you are fluent in English.You are a good match for this role if you:

About the graduate program:
Being a graduate in Aker BP is an opportunity for you with less than two years of relevant professional experience. We will secure you a permanent role within the company and develop your skills through on-the-job training, seminars, courses, e-learning, and individual follow-up. You will learn about the industry and how we work in Aker BP. The graduate program is also a unique opportunity to build your network with recent graduates, mentors, and leaders across departments and disciplines.
Work location:
Stavanger or Trondheim is possible. Please specify your preference in your application.
