In this role, you will be part of Evac's global HR team. The primary focus of the role is on implementation, support and further development of the Human Resources Information Management System(s), related processes, people data and reporting. You will collaborate and support country HR managers/contacts and Evac managers with HR related systems and reporting.
Responsibilities
HR Systems key user and user support (e.g. Sage, MetaComplience, Teamtailor) ensuring the data qualityBe the “go-to” person in terms of HR systems
Further development of our data and analytics/reporting
Participate, run, coordinate and support in various HR development projects and activities
Supporting proactively in organizational changes
To be successful in this position, you need to have:
3+ years of working experience in the field of HR systems (in a key/admin role).
Have a solid understanding of basic HR processes.
Have proven reporting and analytic skills and attention to details
Suitable education (e.g. BSc.)
Able to communicate and write fluently in Finnish and English.
In addition you are:

Fast learner and you have good organizational skills
Driven and enthusiastic about systems, process thinking and analytics.
Pro-active self-starter with a customer service attitude
