ESVAGT is a dedicated provider of safety and support at sea, founded on an experienced and well-trained crew and unmatched rescue capabilities.
We are now hiring a technical Fleet Manager to our Ship Management team, located at our HQ in Esbjerg.
Ship Management is responsible for operational and technical management of currently 46 vessels in
operation and 3 newbuildings arrived in 2020/2021.
The main objective is to ensure that all vessels are operational 24/7/365 and comply with customers expectations and requirements from legal authorities.
Key responsibilities Complete technical management of a group of vessels Preparation and timely execution of surveys, inspections, modifications and projects Close and direct contact with service providers, manu-facturers, component suppliers, etc. Ensuring full compliance to requirements from legal authorities and ESVAGT Standard Technical ad hoc tasks
Preferred qualifications Experienced Marine Engineer/CE or similar with strong technical problem solving capabilities Great team player with highly flexible approach and capacity to work independently when required Loyal, analytical, proactive and positive attitude with leadership skills Fluent spoken and written skills in Danish Communication and understanding of technical English Sincerely service-minded with commercial focus and understanding
