Are you an independent, adaptable and highly organized Fleet Assistant who thrives in an international setting within the maritime industry? Do you possess strong organizational skills, technical acumen and a good sense of time management? Then you might just be the one we are looking for to join our team in Hellerup!
About the position The position is formally part of our technical management team who currently manages six RoPax vessels for Stena Line. As a Fleet Assistant, you will have the opportunity of working closely with the Stena Line Fleet Group. You will be primarily supporting office administrative and secretarial functions.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
You will report directly to the Fleet Manager and will have the following primary tasks:
Assist and support the Fleet Group with office administration.
Coordinate and arrange Fleet Group trainings, meetings and conferences.
Assist with report development as required, such as monthly KPI data for the Fleet Group, monthly check of rest hours, etc.
Monitor and update the vessel certificate register, documents and particulars.
Coordinate secretarial functions within the Fleet Group.
Manage customs matters.
Manage Bunker Delivery Notes from the vessels on a monthly basis.

We are looking for a service-minded and solution-oriented colleague who are passionate about supporting the fleet group and the rest of the company with your administrative and technical competencies. Your IT skills are excellent, and you are good at pulling data from various systems. You think outside-the-box and continuously find ways to streamline processes. Finally, you also thrive in a fast-paced environment and are used to being the go-to-person who is always a step ahead.
