You will be part of the Field Operations team that sits under IT Operations where you will be one of the IT experts in the field. The team currently consists of several employees located around Europe, Asia and North America.
Tasks & responsibilities:
As one of our Field Operations engineers you will be handling service requests and incidents from the entire organisation once they have been triaged by the Service Desk. As part of that you will engage in dialogue with end-users, business experts, internal IT and external partners with a main objective to deliver the best solution weighted against strategy and business requirements.
Travel is expected with this role, whereas you will be based predominantly in our Head office in Aarhus, Denmark, you will be required to travel to our factories in Denmark, several established locations around the UK, Europe and our new sites in North America and Asia.
You will be responsible for:
2nd and 3rd level incident and service request handling
Deliver solid and qualified consultancy services to the business
Develop and maintain appropriate documentation
Coordinate and conduct solution testing
Coaching and driving user adoption for all levels of business users
Participate in setting-up IT infrastructure equipment on site
Onsite end user support
Preparation of end-user equipment
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…has several years of experience providing business services in relation to 2nd and 3rd line support. As a person, you are proactive, service-minded and have a strong personal impact towards stakeholders combined with an analytical and structured workstyle.

Can transform business requirements into IT solutions
Have good understanding of project work methodology related to IT projects in larger organisations
Are extrovert and service-minded
Possess excellent communication and English skills
Can act in a cross-cultural, international and very dynamic environment
Education: IT Supporter Education or similar
Service Desk Experience (Year/s): +3 years
Solid knowledge of MS OS (Windows 10) and O365
Advantage: Active Directory, ITIL Foundation, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure
Work experience: +3 years – industry and IT
IT literacy
Experience in supporting large-scale/global sites from a central remote location
Fluent in English oral and written
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment is required.
Experience with Offshore networks and communications
