ABOUT THE JOB
The Executive Chef is the head of the galley, ensuring satisfactory cleaning/hygiene in accordance with applicable procedures.
Co-responsible for the running of all fold service areas served by the galley.
Candidate should ensure high quality service and guest satisfaction that meets our Premium product values.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Fluent in English (more languages will be considered as benefit)
Proven experience and expertise as Executive Chef on Cruise Ships/ Expedition will be considered as a benefit.
Ability to manage and supervise personnel of the department.
Ability to comply with Company’s standards and health regulations.
