Mintra has an exciting opportunity for a fixed-term Consultant to join our Customer Service Team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to global customers with OCS HR/Payroll, Self Service, Crew on Board and TrainingPortal
Assist customers with troubleshooting and provide guidance in the operation of the different applications
Support with testing new application releases
Provide a support service to customers via telephone and email
Work collaboratively as part of the support team in Bergen/Aberdeen
Review product information including manuals and brochures for domain accuracy
Actively participate in service improvement for routines and set-up of the Helpdesk system
Ensure on-line documentation is kept up-to-date
We`d like you to have:
Experience and knowledge within HR, Competence or Crewing in the Oil and Gas or Maritime industries
Experience of supporting customers remotely
Experience of Microsoft Windows products
Sound knowledge of systems, process improvement and workflow
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent IT skills; experience of ticketing systems would be advantageous
A degree in an IT related subject or Computer Science
Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Norwegian
Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
Understanding of Norwegian legislation
Global and cultural awareness
