Do you have an improvement-oriented mindset combined with excellent stakeholder management skills?Tasks & responsibilities: You will……be responsible for developing new equipment and tooling solutions for the Global Supply Chain Management organisation (GSCM). As a part of the Supply Chain Engineering Assembly (Nacelle, Hub, Power Conversion Module), you will identify potential improvement areas and needs for new tools and equipment along the value chain in GSCM, but also in interfacing organisations. This could be driven by global footprint expansions, improvement initiatives to bring down cost in procurement, manufacturing, or logistics, or due to introduction of new products or components that require new tooling and equipment solutions.The requirement specification will be used to have the equipment or tool designed at an external supplier. As the manager of this team you will be responsible for leading the team while also handling operational tasks.You will also be responsible for:Identify and initiate design for new equipment and toolsDevelopment and delivery of business case for new/improved toolingIdentify engineering changes for toolsProvide input in tools manufacturing tasks during the Engineering Change Management (ECM) processProactively drive tools and equipment optimisation based on information from relevant parties working with the toolsProvide input together with factory PE to financial controller to ensure that the need for site specific tools is budgetedRun and evaluate trials and prepare the appropriate technical reports to enable Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and Taking over Certificate (ToC)Skills & experience: Our new colleague……has good understanding of business processes and project management as well as basic understanding of supply chain management. You have at least 5 years of experience within management, as well as equipment or tools design combined with a technical education on bachelor’s level. It is important that you can keep the overview and prioritise your tasks, navigating easily in a varied and dynamic working environment.
