By joining our team in Projects, Drilling & Procurement you will have the opportunity to:Continue to shape the future of the drilling and well industry
Provide the key planning for execution of our activitiesSupport, follow-up and have overview of the operational executionAnalyse data and ensure safe and efficient operationsDevelop and improve our new ways of workingWork in teams with other disciplines, perform method selection, risk assessment, evaluate and recommend required equipmentYou

For this position, we are also looking for:Passionate engineers to work in our teams where we plan, support and execute drilling and well operations
Candidates with bachelor- or master’s degree in engineering discipline. Relevant experience might compensate for the lack of formal education
Those with minimum three years of relevant experience within drilling, completion, intervention or subsea. Also, with drilling & well domain competence as fundament we are looking for candidates with competence within digitalization, HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature), MPD (Managed Pressure Drilling) and well control/integrity
Engineers with enthusiasm and ownership to safety and efficiency in operations
Candidates with willingness and drive to adapt to new ways of working
Engineers with good knowledge of IT tools. Fluent English skills, both written and verbalGeneral information
