Description

The role is a combination of High Voltage/Low Voltage works out in field as well as administrating/executing the Electrical Safety/Control of Hazardous Energy program (Egenkontrollprogram) in the company. The role holder acts as a professional (yrkesman) and as the extended arm for the Electrical safety lead (behörig installatör) out in the field.
Your will be targeting North Sweden but travel to other parts of Sweden can also be required. Starting point is at the closest Vestas Warehouse to the applicant.
Östersund is set as a reference point. Any other part of Northern Sweden will also be considered.
Responsibilities
Point of contact with competence to give professional directives regarding Hazardous Energy, questions related to Electrical Safety and LOTO
Perform HV/LV walkdowns and Periodical Inspections, new site energizations and troubleshooting on all kind of WTG models
Be a professional (yrkesman) under the ESL (Behörig Installatör) to perform work on electric installation part and potentially be nominated as person in control of an electrical installation (Eldriftledare)
Supporting international ESL´s and ECC´s
Investigate and improve technical solutions, incidents and accidents regarding the technical part
Perform electrical training of technicians, both in classroom and out on sites
Qualifications
High level of Safety awareness and act as a role model in safe behavior
Discipline and mentality to plan and organize your own working day
Ability to analyze risks, manage and avoid hazardous energy situation that can occur in a wind turbine
Knowledge of EN50110, ELSÄK and relevant national standards
Ability to drive projects both independently and in a team. - Self-driven and self-motivated.
Presentation skills in front of audience
Competencies
Skilled electrical person
A minimum of two years of work experience as an electrical worker
Prior Formal Electrotechnical Education
National Authorization is a merit
Experience with HV/LV equipment and testing tools (Omicron or Sverker,) is a merit
What we offer
You will become a member of a team that is mainly focusing in delivering:
High Voltage and Low voltage inspections on all kind of WTG models
High Voltage Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting (Switchgear, Transformer, HV internal grid and in Substation if required)
Administrating/executing the company’s Electrical Safety Program (Egenkontrollprogram)
The team is working on a 2 + 1 week rotation schedule
