The department is highly experienced and delivers engineering and consultancy services on a global scale within the energy sector.The primary focus areas of the department are the offshore wind and oil and gas sectors. Our services cover the disciplines Electrical, SCADA, Instrumentation and Telecom. We cover all aspects of a project including concept and feasibility studies, detailed engineering, EPC and follow-up engineering.You will manage your Discipline team and work closely with other disciplines in a collaborative environment to deliver exciting offshore substation projects for our clients.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:Act as discipline lead of multidisciplinary project teams in all execution phases from early development over detailed design to the construction phasePerform design and lead electrical studies and calculations for HV and LV systemsPerform engineering specifications and technical datasheets for HV and LV equipment such as transformers, generators, switchboards, UPS/batteries, lighting, small power, earthing and bonding philosophies, lightning protection and cablesHave an insight in protection and coupling philosophies including power management systemsProvide input for procurement and handle technical clarifications before and during execution phaseProvide input for and participate in FAT, SAT and commissioningYour starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.
