Our customer is an Operating company that works within the oil, gas and offshore wind sectors.
For the organization in Bergen within Oseberg Gas Capacity Upgrade (OGP) -Partly electrification of Oseberg field and reduce inlet pressure we are looking for an experienced Electrical engineerWork description:
Follow-up the Electrical discipline scope internally in projects and towards study or FEED Contractor
Handle all relevant engineering matters related to the Electrical discipline
Ensure alignment within the Electrical discipline
Ensure experience transfer to and from the project
Ensure alignment with discipline line organisation
Ensure integration and coordination with other project disciplines
Co-ordinate discipline tasks across contract boarders
Participate in discipline and multidiscipline reviews
Identify and contribute to closing of technical uncertainties
Contribute with clarifications related to Electrical discipline
Establish good working relations with contractor’s discipline
Follow up: - PDCS (Power Distribution Control System) / SCADA
Installation at yard in Haugesund
Modification at existing platforms
Participate in FAT for equipment packages
Qualifications:
Master of Science or Bachelor of Science within Electrical discipline
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience from offshore oil & gas project execution, preferably including early phase and concept development
Experience with follow up technical part of detail engineering, procurement, FAT and installation for high voltage equipment up to 300kV such as transformer, GIS, Motor and VSD.
HSE training in accordance with Company recommendations
Multi-discipline understanding
Good knowledge of rules/regulations, standards and preferably Company’s technical requirements within Electrical discipline
Ability to work in a team
High ethical standards and adherence to Company's ethical requirements
Ability to handle high work loads
Language: English and Norwegian fluently
