Drilling Supervisors Night (DSVN) positions for the upcoming Tambar and Ula drilling campaign, with potential for more scope.

The workplace is offshore on a 2/4 rotation, but it is expected that the DSV come in to the office and prepare prior to going offshore as part of the regular rotation.

Main tasks:

The DSV is responsible for supervision and delegation of duties to the NDSV, but typical tasks and responsibilities for the NDSV are:
The NDSV is responsible for overseeing the operation and execution according to plans (RAPs) in a safe and efficient manner.
Ensuring that the DSV is informed for safety critical events or change in operation plans due to operational challenges.
It is expected that the NDSV co-ordinate his work with other relevant team leaders offshore (DSL, OSL, OTL-D/OTL-S, OIM, etc.) to ensure that activities can be executed safely and efficient.
Provide clear and visible leadership to the offshore team.
Ensuring that risk identification and mitigation is given high priority in all plans and that the relevant risk assessments are documented.
Typical tasks for the NDSV is to populate the activity report (DDR), capture and documentation of any lessons learnt and update of other relevant reporting systems.

Valid IWCF 4, Survival and medical certificate are required.
