Description
One of our clients needs to increase their engineering capacity with emphasis on design and 3D-modelling of permanent subsea structures. The position will be within the Subsea Structures Discipline. We are looking for one Design Engineer or Senior Design Engineer.
Assignment Description
Design and modelling of steel- & GRP structures with corresponding piping layouts, using 3D Inventor softwareCooperate and liaise with relevant stakeholdersResponsible for maintaining design progress and acquire necessary interface informationFamiliarize with company and client’s standards/proceduresAbility to prepare conceptual sketches and design drawings, based on input from relevant interfacesSupport fabrication follow-up
Qualifications Required
Technical education Bsc.in Civil- or mechanical engineering (long experience in the industry will be evaluated)Minimum 3 years’ experience in designPreferable with experience from offshore or civil industryPreferable with knowledge in commonly used design standardsExperience in the use of Inventor software or similarBe able to work in a multi discipline environmentGood communication skills in English, both verbally and writtenProactive and a team playerSelf-going and creative
