Join us in this role where you’ll get the opportunity to be part of our team with a specific focus on developing products that support the efficient configuration of resources and execution of activities for Operations & Maintenance activities. As a decision science analyst, you’ll help discover, design, develop, and support products, helping our business make decisions from strategic issues such as ensuring the right number of technicians and vessels all the way to the scheduling of daily operations.
Welcome to Operations Digital & Innovation
You’ll be part of Advanced Analytics where you, together with your colleagues, will help deliver Ørsted’s digital strategy. You’ll work closely with the scheduling optimization product team consisting of, among others, decision science developers and software engineers and be part of the entire process from product discovery to operations. Through the cooperation with the team and stakeholders, you’ll become an expert in planning and scheduling and on how to apply Operations Research through decision support products.
You’ll play an important role in:
working with users, stakeholders, and the product owner to ensure effective product direction
assisting in product discovery with data analysis and prototyping
modelling of decision support problems with decision science developers
helping and supporting our product users
keeping track of the market and identify potential products to source.
To succeed in the role, you:
are willing to work on complex problems and with multiple stakeholders
take ownership, work through resistance, and act as a missionary for the products the team delivers
have the drive to develop the application of decision science in wind power operations.
