We are looking for a new Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join our team at Lysaker. The role is the customer’s single point of contact in Marine Products, advising customers on which products to buy when, where, why and how.
Main responsibilities
Advise and support customers on what to buy, where to buy, why to buy and how to buy from WSS Marine Products through good commercial and technical guidance
Proactively follow up enquiries and capture sales opportunities
Identify and actively pursue sales and order building opportunities
Ensure appropriate problem solving and close cooperation with other functions internally in order to fulfil customer needs in the most efficient way
Actively promote sales campaigns, promotions and initiatives to customers
Work closely with the customers, understanding their needs and supporting their requirements related to the total WSS customer offer
Capture customer specific information and requirements in the system and work proactively with customers to help them standardize their requests
Keep Account Managers, Sales Support and Credit aware of all key issues relating to their customers
Be an active member of the Sales team for the respective account portfolio
Follow up complaints/non-compliances through the improvement/complaint system in place
Qualifications
Bachelor or similar degree in business related studies or relevant work experience
Fluent in English – both in writing and speaking
Solid commercial understanding and sales skills, with a professional and proactive attitude and the ability to identify and follow through on business opportunities
Supporting and co-operating attitude: Adapts to the team and builds team spirit, listens, consults and communicates proactively and upholds ethics and values
Excellent interacting, networking and communicating skills
Excellent organizing and executing skills
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Work location is Lysaker
