If yes, you might be the new Customer Manager we are looking for, for Service Offshore in Vestas.Region NCE > Service Offshore NCE-> Customer & Contract Management
The Customer & Contract Management department is responsible for ensuring a first-class customer experience when receiving services from Vestas Offshore Service. The department is part of the Offshore Service organisation in the Vestas NCE Region. The Offshore Service organisation bears the consolidated P&L responsibility for the region. Here you become part of a committed team of >500 colleagues who on a daily basis work on delivering Offshore Services to our trusted customers. This includes everything from strategy work, operational excellence, Health & Safety, technical case handling to delivering the services on the wind turbines offshore from one of our service vessels.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Manager you are the customers’ primary point of contact in relation to commercial, contractual and major operational issues under the Service Agreement. Your responsibilities include:
Manage meetings with the customer and ensure a first class customer experience
Build and maintain excellent customer relations based on trust and value creation
Secure that the organization is fully aware of contractual obligations and consequences of non-compliance according to Service Agreement
Handling of commercial and contractual issues in relation to Service Agreement
Overall responsible for reporting turbine performance towards the customer
Contribute to new Service Agreements and renewal of existing Service Agreements as well as to the continuous development of the service organisation
Contact to customers in relation to major operational issues and acting as Customer Portal Coordinator
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:
Educational background at Bachelor’s or Master’s level within a commercial or technical field
Experience from a previous role as customer manager or similar managing customer relations in a complex organization
Experience from the wind industry
A solid commercial and business insightCompetencies
