We are looking for another excellent member to join our Finance team as Cost Controller & Tender Estimator.
Cost controller tasks
Keep Project Master File (in Agresso) updated on assigned project Client invoicing and reporting Cash collection Cost control and project allocation of supplier invoices Completion of budgets, as-sold budgets, project budgets and forecasts on assigned projects Period closing of projects (e.g. project accruals, control of project hours and costs, revenue) Internal financial and project reporting
Estimator tasks
Review of client enquires\ITTs and definition of client requirements Ensure all documentation and communication is distributed internally to relevant departments for review, and ensure full traceability of all communications and documents during the tendering process Estimating of costs for a tender using Neptune and Excel Ensure all companies HSEQ requirements are met in the tendering process Assist in commercial hand over process upon award of contracts to Project Department Updating of tendering database, including obtaining information from client on lost contracts Provide input for budgets and forecasts as required
Requirements
2-4 year university degree in Business administration or Finance Experience in financial analysis and reporting Excellent skills in Excel Good skills Agresso is an advantage Fluent Norwegian and English both verbal and written
