Youll be responsible for managing vendor facing GDPR issues, including management of our portfolio of Data Processing Agreements (DPA), and youll be working with contract and vendor management in general in the department Group IT.Welcome to IT ProcurementYoull be part of the Contract Management team, and as the main Contract Manager youll be responsible for Data Processing Agreements and have significant influence on the prioritisation of actions and the strategic and tactical development of the DPA management area. Youll be joining an ambitious and collaborative team, and report directly to the Manager of Contract Management.Youll play an important role in:identifying external parties processing of personal data and assist in conducting risk assessments on data processing activitiesassisting sourcing managers in negotiating Data Processing Agreementsbeing responsible for the management of the portfolio of Data Processing Agreements, including maintaining a clear overview and documentation of obligationsmanaging internal processes regarding monitoring of data processors, including collection of audit statementshandling commercial and compliance related issues arising from DPAs, including issues related to vendor performance, contract interpretation, and technical security measuresadvise internal stakeholders on contractual terms related to DPA ManagementTo succeed in the role, you:have experience with GDPR, for instance from a GDPR implementation project, preferably from a procurement perspectivehave knowledge about management and negotiation of DPAs, and have interest and knowledge of recent developments within GDPR legislationhave knowledge of issues related to sub-processing and the legal requirements to SCC, EEG, and intercompany guidelineshave a cross-disciplinary background based on economics, law, or engineeringthrive in an international environment, and are capable of working in a structured way and creating good relationships with your stakeholders both internally and externallyare familiar with negotiating with vendors and with taking responsibility for planning and executing the negotiation processJoin a world leader in green energyØrsted is a global leader in offshore wind energy and ranked the worlds most sustainable energy company.
