Although our learning philosophy is that you learn and develop the most by doing challenging work, there are also ample opportunities for coaching, mentoring, joining networks, training and development programmes.At the office in Høvik, you can join sports clubs with access to sailboats, kayaks, a tennis court etc. Also, we have company cabins and many social events and happenings.*What you will be doing: *Together with our Head of Communications, you will be responsible for populating and bringing our Content Plan to life.You will be working with communicating innovative technical concepts and industry solutions to business professionals and digital experts in our industries, interviewing our experts and researching relevant themes.The workdays and tasks are varied and range from preparing long-form articles and blogs to short social media posts, web publishing and preparing other presentation material that fits with our strategic goals. This is a new role, and your drive and engagement will be part of shaping how it takes form.You will be working closely with our commercial team and our digital and domain experts. There will also be opportunities to engage in select communications networks that range across DNV, representing Veracity and securing collaboration and best-practice sharing across the organization.We take an analytic approach to our content work, setting goals, tracking results and using the insights as we continuously develop our content plan.*Key responsibilities: *Research industry-related topics, including interviewing technical and industry expertsWrite well-structured articles that engage our audiencesCreate marketing copy for digital campaigns that drive conversionsPrepare and promote content (text, visuals and video) on social networks and monitor engagementCreate, upload, and manage content for our website and internal communications channelsSupport the creation of key messages and presentation materialIdentify and recommend new topicsPosition Qualifications: Who we think you are: To be successful in this role, you need to be self-driven, structured and creative, preferably with experience from the IT, maritime or energy industry.Our target audiences are industry professionals, ranging from developers and technical experts to business leaders in the C-suite, and we think you enjoy building thought-leading content and stories that resonate with each of these audiences on our different channels.You are fully fluent in English and besides being an excellent writer, we also hope that you have experience with making short videos and/or other visual presentations to promote your message.*You bring with you: *Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Content Marketer, Copywriter or similar role, preferably from the IT, Maritime or Energy industries.
