Local Unit & Position Description:

Do you want to be part of our Well and Asset Risk group and help the industry in tackling the energy transition?
To meet our customers' growing needs, we are looking to strengthen our team with a consultant/ senior consultant based at Høvik in Oslo. We are looking for a young professional with a degree within a relevant technical discipline and relevant experience.
The successful candidate will be based at Høvik in Oslo and report to the Head of Section.
Task and responsibilities
The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of projects such as:
Maintenance processes and operational advisory based on NCS practices and legislation. The work includes use of digital solutions for optimal maintenance.
Advisory related to reliability data (OREDA), RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) and RAMS process improvement.
Technical due diligence for offshore assets including infrastructure and support vessels. The work includes technical assessment, economic analysis as well as benchmarking. Knowledge of green investment, ESG rating is an advantage.
Support to projects regarding decision gate audits, technical safety and maintenance processes, and operational readiness
Integrity management and regulatory advisory within assets such as downhole well equipment, subsea and flowlines, risers and topside assets.
Your role will typically be a team member in projects, but you are also expected to conduct own projects as a project manager.
The prime market is Norwegian Continental Shelf oil and gas operators, drilling operators and oil and gas investment companies. The work is expected to increasingly include projects in emerging market areas such as fish farming and renewables.
We are involved in a large variety of projects, involving working in teams, both internally within the company, and externally with clients. We typically work across disciplines as well as geographies. We are positive, self-motivated and result oriented.
Position Qualifications:
Masters-level qualification in a relevant technical discipline
Up to 10 years relevant work experience
Oil & Gas / Energy systems domain knowledge and experience from field Risk Management
Understanding of customers’ value creating processes and field economics
Relevant sales & consulting experience, including project management skills
Experience with programming (Python, etc.)
Fluent English & Norwegian is required
