We are looking for a highly qualified Commodity Project Management Professional within our SGRE Service Procurement organization developing sourcing strategies for maritime & aviation services (specifically technical services for vessels) and project’s indirect procurement for our global Procurement department. You will be reporting to the Head of OSL P and be located in our Vejle/ Ne w Castle/Hamburg.
How to contribute to our vision
You will be working closely with the other procurement and projects professionals in the team and supporting them in the project specific demand there would be . As part of your role, you will be responsible for:
Contribute to global commodity strategy, transparency, capacity creation, make & buy decisions, built strategy, execution at best cost, continuous improvement plan and communicate it in the region(s) to ensure long term and cost-efficient supply
Project Procurement: Central selection and negotiation with global or regional suppliers (incl. documentation, communication, strategic evaluations, qualifications and development)
Negotiate regional/ global frame contracts, targets, budget, forecasts and negotiation concepts together with regions and in area of responsibility
Identify particular procurement risks, opportunities and market forces to avoid potential damage/ exploit potential opportunities through tailored risk management and change management
Generate, document and implement savings (DI 1-3), e.g. CNI; plan, monitor and report on relevant KPI (e.g. CNI, CTG, e-auctions, Supply Base Optimization, FPL, GVS share) and ensure the target achievement within the respective Commodity in the region/ globally to contribute to the success of the business
Ensure P2P compliance and identify problems and update or modify working methods within own function. Continuously identify with internal and external stakeholders’ opportunities to increase value add of function and executeWhat you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…You are a team player, analytical, have customer service skills, excellent negotiation, have a business background and strong verbal and written communication skills. You should be familiar with the procurement process and you should be able to develop commodity strategies. You hold advanced MS Office Suite skills and possibly SAP and ERP systems . Deep understanding and professional experience with Procurement Contracts for subcontracted services.You hold a master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration and min 5 + years of demonstrable experience in procurement functions and/or in operational functions of on-field services / O&M business. Experience in stakeholder management, supplier relationship management (SRM) and in managing global suppliers. Experience in Maritime/Aviation will be positive evaluated.Fluent in English language (Spanish and other languages as French/German will be a plus for the candidate selection).In return of your commitment we offer you…
