We are a centrally managed organization, with the majority of our staff having specific responsibility towards one of the divisions. The position will be based in Denmark. If you have the right experience and qualifications, come join us in our journey to become the Energy sector’s first choice!The JobIn this position you will be part of the Oil & Gas division working with specific project teams to support their work offshore in Denmark. You will be taking responsibility for:The Requisition-to-Pay process, converting purchase requisitions to purchase ordersExpediting orders and matching invoices prior to payment.Interface and coordinate with internal and external project team members and document communications between Semco Maritime, subcontractors, suppliers, and clientsThrough a disciplined and organized approach, you will highlight and manage any supply risks to the projects that may arise from the supply chainEnsure that the proper document templates are used for the procurementReceive, register, store and distribute all incoming documents and correspondences related to procurement in appropriate systemsJob RequirementsYou are ambitious, results-oriented, a great negotiator and enjoy working in a dynamic international environment. It is likely that you have 5 years + experience with purchasing within projects and it is key that you are capable, confident and a team player.You must have the tact and ability to work in a large project environment along with a service mind-set and strong stakeholder management skills. A responsibility will be to align the project procurement process and strategy with Semco Maritime’s values and commercial objectives. Experience from the Energy / Offshore / Oil & Gas industry or its products is an advantage but not a requirement.
