Sii (siisweden.se) is a top IT, engineering and consultancy services provider hiring over 6 000 IT experts in Sweden and Poland with more than 100 prestigious customers.
For our office in the center of Stockholm we are looking for an ambitious Business Manager to increase our business in Sweden (both local business + offshore delivered from Poland).
Your role

Business development:
Build prospection list, register new accounts and contacts in CRM
Make initial contact and meet Accounts to accurately explore needs
Obtain leads and opportunities
Win deals and open new accounts
Pre-sales activities and bid management:
Properly qualify leads and opportunities
Discover and understand customers' / prospects’ goals and requirements, analyze them in terms of feasibility in order to create a competitive and winning offer
Participate in the estimation of an offer value including costs of: Sii work, subcontractors, licenses, equipment and materials, risk contingency
Use Sii experts’ support when needed to increase business with customers such as: Head of Industry, CC Managers, CC BDMs (Business Development Managers), Architects etc.
Build trust and make customer feel safe and confident that Sii team guarantees success of the project
Account management:
Engagement in delivery of staff augmentation services:
Headhunt and perform direct search of candidates
Conduct job interviews
Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and your own team of consultants
Promote Sii’s one stop shop offer to your customers
Search for business deals by contacting clients’ new departments (up-selling); explore and analyze opportunities
Build close relations with customers, strengthen customers’ intimacy so they prefer to work with us than with our competitors
Your skills
Higher education degree
At least 1 year of professional full time experience in B2B sales (call center experience will be an asset), recruitment management, candidate presentation
Swedish as the native language and fluent English is a must
Natural determination, ambition and fighting spirit
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility, discipline
